Templates, not forms

Inks, substrate, tolerances and colorbar bundled into a template and resolved in a single tap — which is what makes two runs of the same product judged identically.

One measurement condition

The ink picker only offers inks characterised under the same ISO 13655 condition as the device — comparing across conditions is how you get an argument on press instead of a decision.

One continuous quality curve over the run, with the good zone called out — so drift is something you watch, not something you discover at the end.

Every ink row carries its measured density, the aim, and what to do about it — increase density 4% — in the operator's language.

Is DeltaOne compatible with color management software?
Yes — DeltaOne runs Veoria's own on-press software, and its measurements export to MeasureColor and ChromaChecker. It is also compatible with other major color management software via the spectral data output, giving operators flexibility to plug into existing workflows.
What patch size is needed?
DeltaOne measures down to 2 × 2 mm patches — the industry's tightest. That means more substrate available for the printed design and less colorbar overhead per impression.
My colorbar position varies job to job — can I still use DeltaOne?
Yes. The motorized colorbar auto-detection finds the bar wherever it is on the web and positions itself accordingly — no operator setup per job. The system also handles colorbars on both sides of the web.
How does the system handle temperature variations?
DeltaOne uses an internal white ceramic calibration reference and runs automatic calibration cycles. Press-floor temperature drift is compensated continuously, preserving the 0.1 ΔE repeatability spec across long production runs.
What does installation look like?
